'91+ open systems self bleed and require no special fittings or procedures, just a bit of patience when filling.

Lack of patience is why I added my bleeder fitting ... Fill, burp, fill, burp, drive.

Still no pressure in the upper hose 90 xj i6 aw4
Guess I'll be forced to pop that heat sensor I just don't want to break it it pretty tight ( PB) blaster maybe and try it in the morning w/ it's cold.

Does anyone know if the water pump pulley is supposed to be torqued at 25 or ?

How long was it running for?
If the thermostat hasn't opened yet you'll only get a trickle through the upper hose. If you have too much air in the head the thermostat won't open properly. I usually just fill through the heater hose to fill he head through the bypass in the water neck.

The sensor is brass, remove the wire and use a deep socket and wobble extension, it's a tapered thread and doesn't need a lot of torque to seal.

You mean you fill it through the upper hose through the theromostat ?
When I had it running every time it would get close to 210 it would come right back down to I'm guessing (stock gauge) 195 should I just keep it running with the cap of the tank till it actually boils over ? Sorry man I'm a rookie and new at this, and I really appreciate your help.
