turn signals yes..( also anything else not working... like blower motor, stereo... etc?) but your brake lights i dont think so... i cant remember what its called exactly (maybe intermediate switch).... but are your wires burnt like they cooked themselves to the color of coal.... or burnt as in they've got some brown crispiness to them...? i had one giving me issues on my old 89 from years ago.... just had to wiggle it and give it some finesse to get a good connection again

yeah i have blower motor and stereo, i dont have turn signals hazards and brake lights. the wires are crispy burnt and the coating is burnt away, also the connector is a bit melted where the wires come in. so you think this could be my problem?

yup. your grounds are in shotty shape....go over the system and clean any grounds you can find on the body. cut that connector out, go to the junk yard, get a "new" one, splice it in, replace the hi/low switch

ok just put in a new connector and the high beam switch now the headlights and high beams work but still no brake lights!

on my connector i had 2 purple wires that went together to the same terminal but on all the junkyard jeeps there was only one purple wire....is mine wrong?
i just connected my 2 purple wires to the one on the new connector

replace fuse, should be good to go from there. check the tail light ground behind the driver's rear side trim panel as well.
