Obviously many wires are shorted.. no easy way around that... 2 posts above, you stated that the noid light was steady on when connected to the power side of the connector and a good ground...thats good and expected. Then you said it was blinking with only the connector ground hooked up...thats impossible unless i misunder stood you. It seems like one or more of your pcm connectors are not seated properly..all of them could not come from just unwrapping injector wires
