Default Cylinder 6 No Spark Rabbit Hole

Ok, here is the problem. No Spark at #6 I just installed a re manufactured engine in my 2001 Cherokee Sport, we took our time to ensure we did it the correct way. It stumbled a little when I first started it up and thought might need break in. After closer inspection I found it was loosing fuel pressure and thought check valve. but before I pulled the tank we removed the injectors laid them on a sheet of paper and primed the pump, sure enough leaky injector, changed injector and fuel pressure is fine. Started and still stumbled, got a p0306 code, and flashing check engine light. Pulled the plug and sure enough its wet with gas. pulled the coil pack and plug 5 and 6 flipped it on its side and rested it against the valve cover and cranked it, everything sparks except 6. So here is everything I have tried and just cant afford to go on a spending spree of small $50 parts.
1.)Moved new injector to Cylinder 6
2.)New plugs - done with the engine install
3.)New Crankshaft Position Sensor - Changed with motor was out
4.)New o2 sensor - was pulling that code before swap and now doesn't show
5.)Checked fuel pressure and is good to go
6.)New cat and exhaust are going in on Monday but not in yet.
7.)New injector put on cylinder 6
8.)Flipped the coil rail and pulled plugs and watched them spark.
9.)Checked all the Grounds.
10.)Looked the Vac lines over for cracks haven't seen any.
11.)pulled cam pos sen and brushed the cap off.
12.)Bang Head Against Wall ..... I am lost where to go next don't want to buy a coil rail and have it be something else.

Can the camshaft position sensor make one cylinder not spark? all of the other spark plugs look as if they are firing fine 6 looks brand new.
Can the coil rail Fail at just one cylinder even tho they are set in two per block?

I would certainly think it's the coil pack, but I have a '98, so hopefully someone else chimes in.

Coil spark and plug don't buy new plug its fouled from gas saturation.

Good, you figured it out. Only thing it could have been was the coil.
