codes codes codes
i got codes 12 27 27 13 on my 95 jeep cherokee
now it did start with me doing the 99 intake swap.
i put a 99 intake with ford 710 injectors with the 49# regulator and new exhaust manifold
and with all of this happening i believe its misfiring but not throwing a code.
12 Battery disconnected. Battery or power to the ECM disconnected in the last 50 key cycles.
13 MAP Sensor. No change in Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) between engine off and on. Check circuit and MAP sensor.
27 Fuel injector control circuit. Will need specialist diagnostics.
really not sure where to begin. 12 makes sense as i did disconnect it to reset the ecu.
now 13 may be an old code. when i hooked it up we found the one connector split and we have since replaced it . but maybe its still current?
27 with new injectors? idk. im really not sure where to start atm.

a few days of driving and it seems to be intermittent. sometimes on start up sometimes after a while driving. it runs rough when it throws the code. but still drives alright. i went out last night and ran it it ran rough so i went under the hood and tried wiggling the harness and connectors and it didn't seem to change. anyone dealt with this? ive seen a few on other forums but none of them came to a conclusion.
I'm thinking of getting a stethoscope and listening to the injectors tomorrow. if they're good. check voltage to the injectors. (might do that first since i have the tools for that). after that i really don't have a plan. any help is welcome

alright its been a while and it still throws codes 27. but it seems to only happen at idle. and the idle drops very low. below 500rpm
also out of the blue 41 shows up and thats the switching field for alternator. havent had much of a chance to look into that one.
could they be related if its dropping really low on rpms and not charging as good? also still cant figure out 27. thinking of changing the regulator and decrease some fuel flow. thinking its running to rich. any ideas?

Change alternator first requlators in ecm . Moes 95 was doing strange things when he had intermittent alt code . Replacing alternators cured all issues.
