Default code 43

43 - ignition control circuit not responding? it still starts... what could this be... I just replaced the Crankshaft sensor, the camshaft sensor, the dist. cap, the rotor. This just appeared a few minutes ago, any help is appreciated.

Could be the ignition coil itself.

I'd start by testing the coil for primary and secondary resistances with a meter and a manual, outlining the procedure.

Had that code on my 91 recently that was also accompanied by random shut off with a full loss of all power. Would actually have to pop the hood and smack the negative battery terminal with a wrench to get a connection. Turned to be a bad battery and a faulty negative terminal. Replaced them both and had no more issues.

My cherokee has the same code 43. I have replaced the coil, plug wires, cap, rotor, distributor, spark plugs, fuel injectors, crank position sensor (because it was dying after about 20-30 minutes of driving) the one other thing that the code 43 says it could be is the ignition control circuit. It runs pretty rough but usually will smooth out as it warms up. But lately it's just been really rough with no change. It has a cracked exhaust manifold just before the two pipes come together so it throws the upper o2 sensor off making it run rich.
