Default clunk, in right front end

im not sure if its the wheel bearing assy or what,, but when i hit a bump i hear a bang coming from the right front wheel, ball joints check out ok shock is ok and the tie rod,, it has new lower control arms and bushings,, the upper is stock, but doesnt seem to have any movement,, and has new ujoints in the front axles too,, could this be the hub assembly? i grab the wheel on the jack move it side to side and up and down and nothing, i cant even get it when i push down on the jeep,, only when im driving, its def coming from the right front... any ideas?

I get the same thing on the same year. 3" lift is when it started but sounds like something connected to the body. Mostly right side, worse when going forward and right or back and left. Low speed only

How big of a bump? Did you do bump stops with your lift? What about shocks, could they be bottoming out? If it is a small bump none of this should be a factor, more info better chance of getting it right.

i had the the same kinda sound when i put on my lower control arms on too. it was that the bolt holes in the new arm bushings were bigger then the stock arms, drove me krazy hearing it. i made some long arms now and its gone thank god,

Check out your shocks also. Some times they aren't snug enough and the bolt and bushing move and create a thumping sound.
