The motor works, and the heat and cold adjustment, but when I change if I want the vents or not the only thing it comes out of is the defroster, not sure where to start looking for the problem

 

Possible vacuum leaks

 

^^^This is more then likely you problem.
You need to start looking at all your vacuum lines starting from the vacuum ball behind the front bumper passenger side and work your way to the fire wall.

 

The line is fine, I just put a radio in did I unplug something back there accidentally or something?

 

I checked back there and didn't see anything. I was driving from the mountains and I heard wind coming from what seemed like my shift boot... Then it quit and after that it wouldnt change from either off or defroster, and it comes out of the defroster no matter what setting it's on

 

Did you remove the control panel and look at the actual vent switch? It has several lines running to it any one of which could be cracked or loose.
