I'm running the superflex fixed upper/lower control arms but I had them lengthened for 6". I should buy some adjustables. I guess I will try checking the wheelbase on both sides. Maybe I will take the spacer out. Dunno but Thank you guys for all the support and help. I have some work to do today.

I understand that was just trying to give him an idea of what I was describing, hopefully he gets it all ironed out.
Caster was the cause. Thanks to everyone who helped me out. Also eat it to everyone with an attitude. But mostly thanks. I took the shims out of the lower control arms and now it tracks super straight and doesn't wander at all. It had three shims in each side, about a quarter of an inch. I can't beleive how much of a difference that made. Thanks again.

I was wondering about the front axle housing maybe being bent. I assumed the alignment shop would have told me if it was bent but who knows. I know not all cherokee's are crap but this has been the worse lifted vehicle I've owned. It's awesome off-road, nothing even compares but on the road its just plain scary.

....you took the shims out and it made it track straighter? I had the same issue (put an 8" lift on, and matched up the pinion to be inline with the drive shaft, but had horrible straight line stability). I then lengthend the bottom c.a. (equivalent to adding shims i would think) and now have awesome straightlineability.....

i dont know if it was mention but what about your wheel bearings them self... over time the bearing can get worn n cause the vehicle can walk.hope you find the fx

is it that too much negative or positive castor will cause this, and you have to be just slightly off 0deg. either way and it will track straight?

My lower control arms were for a 3.5" lift and the P.O. added 2" spacers for a winch bumper (removed the bumper before I bought it). I had the lowers lengthened for the additional height but didn't realize the P.O. shimmed it to the max. So my lowers were a little too long, out with the shims and
