Default cherokee on wrangler frame

got a 06 wrecked wrangler rubicon and i have a 97 cherokee with a blown up motor. plan on putting the cherokee unibody on the wrangler frame and using the motor out of the rubicon too. only real question is would the computer out of the wrangler and cherokee match up? if i take all the wiring and the computer out of the wrangler would i be able to just plug the wiring for the inside of my cherokee into the computer for the wrangler? does anyone know anything about the computers in a wrangler and a cherokee. i know the 97 cherokee has 3 different connectors that plug into the computer. one for the motor wiring and two that go to the inside of the cherokee. would the 06 wrangler rubicon computer be the same as this?

Are you planning on cutting everything off the bottom of the cherokee?

Why not pull engine/trans/t-case and whatever else from the wrangler and put it in the XJ?

Yeah, Just take the drivetrain out of the rubicon, and put it in the XJ. Thats the way to go. Or turn the Rubicon into a buggy.

I put a 98 wrangler motor in my 96 XJ an I had to swap most of the electrical components over from the old motor to the new because the plugs didn't match. An interesting swap but is the wheel base going to work, as far as where stuff is located?

that is the plan. the basic plan is to disconnect the wiring for the inside of the jeep and take the tub off leaving the frame motor transmission and drive train. but what i really need to know is how can everything inside the cherokee be hooked up to the wrangler computer. will the plug ins on the wrangler computers be the same as the cherokee so that we can just plug the other two wiring harnesses for the inside of the cherokee into the wrangler computer. we just dont know how to go about hooking everything inside the jeep to the computer. we are trying to figure out if the two computer will be the same as far as the plug ins for the computer.

and yes the plan is to cut everything out from under the cherokee unibody and set in on to the wrangler frame.

the point in doing this is because the cherokee has blown motor. the plan is to gut the underside of the cherokee and set the cherokee unibody on the wrangler frame with motor trans and tcase all still with the frame. really the only thing i need to know is the computer situation. how to hook the wiring for the inside of the cherokee to the wrangler computer.
