No wonder I didn't recognize it. We had snow here in 1968 for about a half hour but it was gone by the end of the half hour. No snowboarding or even snow in my neck of the woods.

That Tuff Country kit looks pretty nice..Has everything you need for a 3.5" kit, but if you went that route get the RE 3.5 kit...Once thing to remember with the Tuff Country and RE 3.5 kits you will have to guy the shocks so the prices at just under $600 isn't the total cost...You will have to add the cost of new shocks as well..Just something to keep in mind..

There was a recent thread discussing each brand of shocks and what brands everyone liked and why. Several were discussed and if they were just good on road or if they were good all around shocks. Search for it in either OT or CC.

Lived in Maryland while growing up and later in N.C. but never snowboarded. That was many years ago before snowboards were invented. We did sled alot when I was a child but that and build snowmen were our snow involvements. When and who invented the snowboard. Is it an off shoot of a skateboard or skis? Maybe from surfboards but I don't remember them as a child growing up around snow.
There were surfboards, water and snow skis but that was all that I remember from those times.

On the RC pay the extra and upgrade to the Nitro 9000 shocks...On tire size well it's just an inch and 33's will require some trimming and bump stops and 32's may or may not dunno...Also remember to save up for an SYE..TC Drop is only a temp fix IMHO...but that's just me..

Tire size vs lift size is covered for all Jeep models in this months JP magazine. Pick one up and see what needs to be done for each lift height to clear what size tires.
