I put in some Bosch injectors in about two week ago. Everything was working fine but now my check engine light has come on twice and the Jeep starts run a little rough. When I turn off the Jeep and let it sit for a minute or so then starts it back up it run fine and the engine light is not on.

 

The strategy for a check engine light is ALWAYS the same. Pull the codes. Anything less is guesswork.

Can anyone help me figure out what code this is? My check engine light flashed 3 times, paused, flashed 9 times, paused, flashed 9 times again, paused, flashed 5 times, paused, then 5 times again.

Gotta look at "cause and effect". Didn't have the code before you installed those injectors.

Were they new injectors or used?

I'd pull the plugs and see if you see evidence of any cylinders running rich or lean.

 

No codes before I installed the injectors. The injectors are used rebuilt they have lifetime warranty. I'll pull a spark plug and check them out. The engine is missing.
