I've never had that happen. I've had issues with getting the oil filter but never the drain plug. Good luck dude!

cant remember if mine has rubber thought it was copper. but yes im thinking auto zone has drain plugs. if its rounded off id try a pipe wrench....then stick to doing the oil myself because of Otto the mechanic lol.

persistance kills all tight bolts...its the anger that causes all the problems. no worries i get pretty mad too when i cant get a bolt. especially a dumb little drain plug.

Couldnt beleive how tight it was...Looks like they pushed in the oil pan a lil from tightening it so much.. Never had any problems with leaks or anything so Im good.. Always had/ have good oil pressure... it usta be at 40lb at start up its at 50lbs now!!! thanks again

Be sure to inspect the crap out of the drain and plug to be sure it isn't stripped.

I did.. plug was good.. Soon as I broke it loose, I was able to use my fingers to take it out and had no problems putting it back in at all.. Use my fingers to snug it up all the way before using the wrench. Im pretty sure its all good!!
