I just did mine. I read a little before doing it for any pointers. everyone said to remove the 36mm nuts that hold the axles in the wheel bearing. I found it much easier to not even mess with them. unbolt the 3 12 point 13mm bolts holding the hub in. I put an extension between the bolt and the knuckle, started the jeep and turned the wheel forcing the extension against the bolt in turn forcing the hub out of the knuckle.
then I pulled the whole shaft with the hub attached and changed the joints. they were in there pretty good and took some hammering, but came out eventually. just be careful not to bend up the plastic shield that covers the tube around the axle shaft.

Make sure you use the Spicer 760x as they are much stronger. Also, replace the c-clip with snap rings are they are much better in that they do not allow the axle to 'walk' out causing a u-joint meltdown.

i just did unit bearings on my heep. To get them out, i loosened up the 3 bolts holding the bearing in the knuckle, put an impact socket on the bolt and beat it out with a hammer. Alternate between all three and the hub will come out. The impact socket will protect the bolt heads so you can reuse them...

I have been but I couldnt get the axle nut out, so I removed the whole shaftby putting a rachet and cheater bar on it and jumping on it till it poped out. Passenger sides got some rust idk if I should change it? And a shop kinda near me is putting new ujoints on for 10bucks labor, I already picked up some splicer 760's
