Thought I'd provide some data that is somewhat new - to noobs that is.
New spark plug application chart with a column giving Mopar part numbers.
Note the part numbers for the 1999-2001 XJ 4.0. These are new part numbers. I went to my local Chrysler dealer the other day to buy one of these plugs to see if they were repackaged NGK plugs. The counter puke said they are a vendor plug and are on back order, with no delivery date.
.
Recommended spark plug gap tool.
I've used this type of gap gauge for years and is the only type I would recommend. The only type to get accurate plug gap. We called them "Cat Whiskers" when I worked in aviation. Pic from the Sears Tools website.
.
WIX full synthetic oil filter - 51515XP.
Off hand, I would say that if you are using a full synthetic oil, like Shell Rotella T6, you might want to use the new WIX XP filter. Smaller versions are available.
.
Check the WIX site.

Napa Golds are Wix Filters. I thought the RC12ECC for the '99 to '01 are the old part #. New Part # being 438.

Sorry did not get the question. Looked them all up and thinking that a 1515 Napa Gold is not the same as the XP Wix. Tough to tell by the way Wix lists there specs. No micron rating listed at the XP but it does say Media: Synthetic. The regular Wix 51515 says: Media: Enhanced Cellulose

NAPA Gold filters do not have a special badging for full synthetic applications. NAPA Gold filters can be used with conventional or synthetic oil.
NAPA Platinum oil filters are specifically engineered for synthetic oil.
WIX "XP" oil filters would be the equivalent of NAPA Platinum filters.

Here's what the Napa guy told me after getting training on oil filters.
Napa Silver is for 3500 mile intervals, Gold for 7500 mile intervals, and Platinum for extended oil change intervals with synthetic oils.
The amount of media and type of media is different for the applications, along with what material the anti-drainback valve is made of. It's all good. Just some are better suited for the longer oil change intervals.

Generally, NAPA stores get their parts from a nearby warehouse. If you go on line to a NAPA store see if they show them. If so, you can probably pic it up the same day as ordered.
Otherwise go to O'reilly auto parts and get the WIX XP filter.

Put a 4 in front of the number. 41515 is a platinum, 31515 is a silver, 1515 is a gold, 21515 is a pro select.
