The State of Oklahoma does not enforce that federal law.... it's state law. Is there anyway to override the o2 sensors ? I took out the secondary cat in my 98 Mazda Millenia Supercharged and there were no o2 sensors past it.... I noticed a significant gain in power.... and GAS MILEAGE. I went 360 miles per tank instead of 300.

Federal law trumps state law. Period.
