You pay a couple of bucks to get in, go find the Jeep, snip, pay for the part. In and out in 20 minutes. I doubt you'll pay more than $5 for that connector and section of wire.
I would try the U Pull first, because generally speaking LKQ sucks donkey *****. I can't say enough bad things about LKQ. But unfortunately sometimes they're the best bad option.

Obviously all you'll need to get the job done is a pair of wire cutters or a Leatherman, but take a tool kit along just in case. Most DIY salvage yards stamp your hand so you can go in and out to get tools. It's not unusual for me to go into a yard to get one part and notice that there's something else I want while I'm there. If you see something else you want, you can go grab your tools from your car and snag it.
If I were you, I would follow that harness as far forward as possible to where it splits off from the main harness and take as much of it as you can get to give you plenty to work with. Don't try to cut it right where you think you need it to mate up with your damaged harness. Then trim it down to size (measure twice, cut once) once you get home and can route it up through your tunnel to make sure you're leaving yourself enough slack.
Salvage yards are fascinating places. Have fun.

I can't answer that for you. Only you know what you need. Anything missing or broken on your Jeep? Any upgrades you want from other models? Look for that stuff while you're there.
My Jeep is a Limited, so it has most of the bells and whistles already. But I occasionally see Limiteds in the boneyards, with the leather seats, overhead consoles, door flag tweeters, faux wood grain interior panels, chrome accents, etc. If I had a Sport model, I would be after those upgrades from the Limited. But for you, that really depends on what you have and what you want.
