Hey guys,
Hopefully someone can give my brain a kick-start: After replacing the heater core I've got this under-dash main support rod (3/8" x 12") that I CANNOT figure out where it belongs. It should be obvious, but somehow I'm not seeing the location and I tried to look through a bunch of Google images, no luck. 1987 XJ. It's not the rod that goes from the column to the L kick-panel area (I have that one installed). Thanks!!
Both rods attach to the L. kick panel side, but this one (shorter rod) attaches closer to the knee. Dang bolt hole was hidden behind the main wire harness. The other ends of the rods both stack on top of the L. steering column mounting bolt as the drawing shows.
