I bought block tester from auto zone and put it on my radiator did the mumbo jumbo and for over 5 minutes with engine running and hot...would a cracked head pass this test?

Yep. Because the coolant is going into the crankcase, not the combustion chamber.

I've seen the block test both pass and fail with a cracked 0331 head.
I'd recommend a cylinder leakdown test as a primary test for a suspected cracked head.

I just had my 0630 head checked for cracks and mine was cracked.
I did the combustion gas test as well with the radiator and what not and it passed.
I think that test just checks for a blown headgasket.
