There is a fuse setup by the blower motor...they regulate the power that flows to it. High bypasses that and sends full power. Check that. Mine was bad to got one from the yard for $6

This is usually the problem, it is not your fan speed switch or anything electrical, just a resistor/fuse that goes out and needs to be replaced.

I just went through this yesterday, bypassed the fuse with my own fuse, welded in place and know I'm back to four blower settings!
