Default c.e.l. after headgasket replacement :(

I replaced the head gasket early last week and now it seems to have a rough idle and check engine light is on. I know that there are many different things that could cause this but im just wondering if there are any easy things i overlooked.
Had the code checked at the autostore they say cylinder 2 misfire which makes sense of course but idk where to start checking things out besides on the spark-plug side? should i run another pressure test on cylinder 2??

Thanks in advance, Taylor

For a single cylinder misfire, verify everything associated with THAT cylinder.

*Spark plug (you've already done this)
*Spark plug WIRE
*Fuel Injector
*Distributor Cap
*Internal condition of that cylinder. Run compression test.
