Start by checking all fuses and relays. You can find where to locate the fuses in the service book that came with your Jeep. If you don't have the book go buy the Haynes or Chiltons repair manual.

My AC isn't working either, but does blow air when the fan and AC switches are on. If you don't have any air moving in any position, your blower motor isn't working. If it blows air from the wrong outlets, your vacuum may be leaking and no redirecting properly.

There is a relay for the AC clutch. Mine is OK, so I may have a low refrigerant level, otherwise the clutch should engage when the AC is switched on.

Have u looked under the hood to see if the compressor is engaging?.....is the silver metal line (passenger side) getting really cold/sweating? If yes, your a/c is probably fine.....just the blower motor or fuse. If not, probably need to seek professional help.

If its not blowing any air at all, start with the Blower motor resistor, and/or the blower motor itself. One easy way to check if the resistor is bad and the blower is good, is to see if it will blow with the fan set to the highest level. If it blows air on high and not any other position, that typically means the resistor is bad. Thats where I would start.
