Update:

After work, I drove home and got her up to temp.
Saw it drop so the t-stat is working fine.
Came home, popped the hood and saw it was wet. Dang it. Then I feel a spray in my face! WTH?!
I look down and found a hole in one of the hoses, spraying coolant at me!

So, this is probably what has cause my problem all along. Hole in hose=air in system=overheat/boil over=bubbles in reservoir! Bam!

Posting a picture to show you guys something, I have a few questions about this hose:

The red is where the hose was located. Going from the waterpump (right?) and backwards to some pipes and then into the firewall. What's the function on it? And what is it called? Dimensions?
The little yellow square is where it was connected. Some sort of clamp that I couldnt get off! What is it and how do I get rid of it? I had to cut the hose so I could bring it to the shop and get a new one. Which I didn't cause they were all closed....... at 4 pm. Thank you socialism.
Can I use a regular clamp here instead?
The blue square is where it was connected. And right here in the bend is where the hole was. Any particular reason for this or is it just wear and tear?

Ordered my new starter today so it's finally coming to an end, at least for this time.
Thank you all for your help and hopefully your future answers to my questions!
The Jeep XJ community is awesome!

Its simply called a heater hose. Just tell them you need a heater hose the same length and inner diameter as the one you took off. Use hose clamps instead of the peice of crap factory squeeze clamp. Cut the pressed fitting off the heater valve and use a hose clamp.

Hoses wear over time just like anything else, heat and pressure over a long period of time, eventually there will be leaks!

Happy jeepin!

Update:
Got the new hose in place, Dolly got burped and she's fine!
Though, seems like a small air leak by the t-stat due to a bad homemade gasket and sealant.

Thank you all for your help!!

Go Jeepin!
