Broken wiper
So this isn't a big deal because my wiper still works, but can anyone tell me what this piece does? It broke off from the bottom of the wiper and I can't for the life of me figure out its purpose

That's the clip that hold your wiper arm onto the splined nub. I bet you can go to that wiper arm and pull it right off.
