broken torque converter snout

Default broken torque converter snout

Should i put motor back in with the torque converter snout snapped off will it harm anything? its like the pic but not mine it should be alright as long as the bolts are good and flexplate is good thanks for the help

I'd replace it. Might work OK, or it might end up off-center and wobble.

Each part of a torque converter has a specific function. You should definitely replace it.

Replace it new ones are not very cosly beats taking tranny out again .

Vote #4 against.
Anything you can do to help the flexplate crack should be avoided.
