Broken Lower Dash

Broken Lower Dash
What are the repairs that work for pieces like the lower dash, where they are cracked or maybe a small section busted around the screw hole. My thought was JB Weld. One the back side, take a Dremel tool and remove some of the material and put additional JB Weld like a patch.
