Broken leaf weld nut
Started to install my lift, went to unbolt the front leaf mount and it was backing out fine until "snap" weld nut broke weld. I was told to cut into the floor to have access to the inside of the frame rail, but that didn't help at all because there's no way of getting a tool into the tiny hole between the mount and frame rail.
What is the easiest way to get past this? Cutting the bolts and replacing? Won't the bolt and weld but be stuck in the small gap?

i had to cut into the mount with an angle grinder and cut off wheel.
took a bit to get the cut wide enough to get a wrench in but it worked great and had no issues with structural support. if you're that worried about it, you could easily weld a piece of metal over the hole.
no need to cut holes into the floor.
