Well, it appears that I have one. How do I replace it?

It's just dangling there right now.

if u mean the thing that keeps tthe springs in line just cut that one off and go to a spring shop and get a new on they bend right on ithink they cost me like 2 bucks each

They bend right on? I won't have to take the leaf spring totally off?

nope, they go over the springs and bend right on, easy as that

And would it be ok to wheel with a few or one of them missing?

It's nothing extreme, mostly flat, just lots of mud.

put an exhaust clamp on it works like a charm

yes u can keep it permanent it won't brake as easily
