I'd say it's too far gone. Not sure I'd even drive that down the street.

Sure it can be fixed. If that frame was mankind's only hope to cure cancer and stop nuclear war then you could fix it. The level of time/money/materials needed means that it isn't practical for any normal reason.

I agree. If you have the skills, you could fix it. But do you have the skills

Good enough to trail ride? Nope. Not even close. The framerail is shot. That entire section needs removed and replaced. Frame stiffeners are not the answer here. You need way more than that. The floorpan doesnt look any better. What you can see is only half of it. Any paint or undercoating still holding on will be hiding more. How much is hard to say but ive seen holes no larger than 1" quickly become 6", and then 12". If you need a body shop it will not be a cheap fix. Would be waste of time IMO as most shops will flat out refuse to even touch that mess. If you can weld, you can give it a shot. But thats a lot of work sitting there.

DO NOT DRIVE IT.

Jack it up and put a new one under it.

IF you are a passable welder (good enough to bet your life on the welds) and you have a donor vehicle that had a tree fall on the top..... and you want to spend waaay more time than it's worth....
