Default Broke my plastic oil dip stick **** Argh!!

Was changing my oil the other day and had a hell of a time getting the stupid oil filter off and ended up breaking the plastic oil dipstick ****. So there was still some plastic left so I tried so gently screw a little screw in and pull it out but only went on deeper. Now Idk what to do. Maybe get crazy glue and try to clue a stick to it and pull.it out that way but I highly doubt its going to work. And there is definitely no room to get any kind of tools, like a needle nose in there.
any suggestions?
My jeep does not burn a drop of oil. Its amazing with 350k miles. So I put 5 quarts in plus lucus.
So if my memory serves me right, i think I always needed to add 1/2 quart after my first start up.
now im afriad to do that. I dont want to over fill.
so. How maney quarts does a 98 Cherokee take in total? I should have 5 quarts plus lucus
Thanks
Justine

When I did that at work I would take a red hot welding rod and put it down the tube and melt the plastic to the rod and let it cool then pull out the dip stick .

The dipstick tube can separate from the pan. If the other suggestions fail, remove the bolt holding the tube to the block and then start twisting the tube. If it has never been removed it will be tough to separate but keep twisting and it will come off. The upper and lower section are held togethe with an o-ring. Once it separates, you can get the dipstick out and replace it.

Ok um, will I loose my oil if i take that off?
Im gonna try to heat up a coat hanger and see if that will work. I just hope i dont accidentally push it down even further.
When this happened I orginally was gonna try and melt it with a rod or something like this fellow told me here, but my step dad was there and he wanted to try the screw thing first. So...
thanks guys. Wish me luck!
