Brake line is leaking, found the spot but idk what to do

i figured out what i can do. the line size is 3/16" so if i cut the line and were it is bad and then add new line, how can i join the two??

Use a threaded union or coupling and then either rent or buy a double flare kit. If you've never used one, get extra line and practice first.
