Default Brake interlock shift?

So i got a build sheet on my jeep and one thing that made me think is:

Our records indicate that the following recall campaign has not been
performed by an authorized dealer:

733 BRAKE PEDAL SHIFT INTERLOCK

We suggest that you contact your local authorized Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®
or Ram dealer to make arrangements for an inspection and, if necessary,
corrective action at no charge to you.

What is that?

Well I am I just want to know what it is. The dealership here is a bunch of crap. It takes them 4 hours to do a oil change on my moms car and they dont have enough room for walk ins when the shop has 2 or 3 cars in it.

It is what prevent you from shifting out of park without pressing the brake pedal.

Change the interlock or some part of the circuit. I don't remember. I think they just change the switch at the pedal.
