Default brake cylinder

So i have a leaking brake cylinder and figured i replace both, But having done the rear brakes already (from having nothing) seems they are grumpy after being used and decided to leak. So my question is is there a chance to replace the cylinder without removing the shoes and hardware? or does it have to come out to replace?

Not really. You HAVE to take off the two top springs, then the PB bar will drop down and that wire guide thing will probably come out.

But the retaining springs can stay. So that will save about 90 seconds.

If your concern is that you might forget how it goes back together just take a picture beforehand.

When you did the brakes before, did you leave adjusters screwed in all the way? That can cause the cylinders to overextend and start leaking. Start spraying the back of the cylinder where the hydraulic line connects with some penetrating fluid. If it's rusty, there is a good chance you'll end up twisting off the end of the line trying to remove it. Ditto on taking a few pics before you start removing things, so you can see how it's supposed to go back together.
