Yep, its a huge upgrade for braking. When i switched to 35s a year and a half ago, i couldnt completely stop on any incline. I upgraded to the wj master/booster and the difference was night and day. I cant quite lock up the 35s on pavement but it stops so much faster.
The wj booster is a dual diapghram booster, the older xjs, 95 and below i think, are single diaghram.
This booster and master i bought as a replacement becuase i thought my MC was going out, turns out i put the calipers on the wrong side when i put them back on and the bleeder was on the bottom of the caliper allowing air in the system that you couldnt purge. dumb mistake.
