Could be caused by about a hundred things.
Is tuneup hardware fresh? Always start there. Fresh Champion copper plugs gapped to .035, new plug wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter.
A clogged cat or exhaust can be easily snaked out with a vacuum gauge.
Testing of your "throttle position sensor" might be a good idea here as well.
I'd start there..........

Thanks guys, i just replaced cap, rotor, plugs and wires, crank sensor, and a new fuel pump. Fuel filter is pretty new. Im gonna pull the plugs and check the gap, all the vaccume lines look good. Im going to order a new cat and exhaust this weekend. By any chance could the injectors cause that?
