so finally after a year of being jeep less i've gotten a new one. And with this new jeep i have a long project in head of me.
The new jeep: '96 2wd automatic, 175,xxx, complelty rust free body, clean underbody
The old jeep: '96 4wd, 5speed, 181,xxx, broken frame (unibody frame rails), 3in lift
The project:make the new jeep a 4wd 5speed with the lift, i have all the parts! It is just going to take a while to do it. I will Make a build thread once i start, its going to take a while. Any ideas as to what would make this process easier while still staying under budget?

its 2wd automatic as it sits right now, i have a complete 4wd 5 speed sitting in my yard that is "totaled" as far as NYS is considered, it has a busted frame, so what im gunna do is change both front and rear axles, the tranny, and the transfer case, most likely the motor to bc the motors have close to the same millage and my old motor was just rebuilt maybe 10,000 miles ago. but really the only reason i want it 5 spd is bc i have the parts its just gunna take time and i would rather drive a 5spd than an auto.
