In the process of trying to sell my jeep. long story short, This guy was checking everything out. Turned on the A/C to see if it works.. (I'm in MI its 17 degrees out) any ways after doing so my blower motor is now making a loud humming noise. still works fine on all settings, just loud. any idea what it is? could it have gone bad just like that?

Check for a foreign object. The vent is just above the passenger's feet. You should be able to push the panel open and see the blower motor. Let us know what you find. Some people find critters.
