ok I have a 92 cherokee larado, well last week my blower fan stopped working. well I pulled my jeep in to the garage and got out my voltage tester.every thing checked out all the way out to the fan, had voltage at the conctor to the fan 12volts, so I replaces the fan. this did not fix the problem. I got the volt meter back out and turned it to ohms and started checking grounds, any thing over a 1 I would replace and the ground between the fan motor and its grounding location read 12 on the ohm meter so i cut it about a inch and a half back from the conector on the wire harness side spiced in a new ground wire and guess what blower fan works great at all speeds. so if any of you have a problem with your blower motor not work check the ohms on the ground wire from the connector to its grounding location and it should be under 10 dollar fix. hope this helps
