Default Blinker problems

Ok I'm going to try to make this very simple. My left blinker light on the dash stays on the blinker flashes but only dim. Now the passenger side blinker works but stays on even when not flashing. In the cab its normal just the driver side blinker stays on my gauges. Any help would be great Damn its irritating.
