Oops. So my clutch was losing a tad bit of fluid through the bleeder that comes off of the hydraulic throwout bearing. I got under with an open end wrench and a pair of vice grips. Next thing i know the seem that combines the metal tube to the nut with thread broke. Its not coming off but it spins and leaks like a siv. So what's the best route to go by getting this fixed without replacing the whole bleeder line? I just need some fresh ideas. I was thinking if a 1/4 shark bite with a new bleeder on the end. Edit:: sorry for the happy picture guys.

Cut the bad section out of the line and replace that portion with some new line. Flare the ends for the splice. If there isn't a extreme amount of pressure there compression fittings are always an easy way to go so you don't have to mess with a flaring tool.
Just a thought.

You can use compression fittings on a hydraulic clutch line, but NEVER use a compression fitting in the braking system.
