this is what a buddy of mine put in his, with the cherry bomb muffler.. it sounds really nice and would probably be cheaper than a borla.but this kit came with a throttle body spacer and an air tube as well

I just put a 2-1/2 inch pipe with a "warlock" muffler, I have to say its just right, not very loud...no drone...but yet its there and gives it a mean sound when you get on it....It was free so I could not say no.

yea. i wouldnt say no either. i dont really wanna replace everything though. my budget is slim. so my 2.25 piping will have to work and pretty much any other petty changes i cant do.

I did the dynomax cat back system. It is a little louder and a little more throaty than stock. It comes with a decent little brushed stainless tip welded on it. It is no louder than stock inside the vehicle. It was pretty stinking cheap and once the old exhaust from the cat back was off, it was all on in about 15 minutes. I'd recommend it.

It is dirty, but you can kinda see it in this pic
