Default best safari rack?

Hi i was thinking about getting a safari rack for my cherokee. Its a 99 and has the luggage rack from the factory. I was wondering what safari rack i should get? Im looking to spend around 450$. thanks alot

You can build it for around 60 bucks and used the saved money for something else you need. Take a look at my albums

U bolts to the stock rails, it will atleast hold 200lbs, can't vouch for g force weight
