Default Best deal on tires?

Tires are expensive, really expensive. I want to get 5 matching tires 32/11.5/15. I went to tirerack.com and saw them for 109 per tire. Not a bad price I know but do you think I could get a better deal If I went somewhere local and said I want 5 tires mounted and balanced.

Just curious about other people's experiences and such.

Thanks!

Costco has real good deals on BFG tires, you have to be a member though.

Yeah, lol I live in a little crappy area with no real big stores like that, got a crappy walmart and a crappy kmart. Neither do tires or anything like that. Might find someone to drive up up to VA where there are real stores like sears and such and see what they have.

I've been driving for a long time, and I've only found 1 deal on tires. On Labor day weekend Discount Tire had a web (snafu) price on their Pathfinder, made by Kelly, 235-75-15 for $50 / tire. So I got a set of 4 50,000 mile A/T tires mounted, balanced, & road hazard.

I've got 235/75/15R Cooper S/T. Love them! An aggressive M/S tire, without a lot of road noise. Their STT's are even more aggressive, but a little more of road noise.

Try Hankook tires from discount tire, I was searching for good tires at a decent price when I ran across a 4x4 article talking about them so I went looking for some and I`ll tell ya, I`m not dissapointed, they are pretty nice tires, it was around 6 bills for everything, (mount balance all that good stuff) and I buy them again.

I was looking at the Cooper Discoverer M+S tire. I don't imagine it is the same as the Cooper tire that you have.

4 Wheel Parts Wholesalers advertises they will beat any advertised price. Can't beat that.
