Default Best bang for the buck lift kit?

Looking for about a 2-3" lift. What in your guy's opinion is the best bang for the buck in lift kits. Generally what is the cheapest kit for the best quality?

I am planning on doing a lift kit myself. I have my eyes pretty much set on Rough Country. 3 inch lift for like $255 comes with new shocks all around AAL new coil springs and the hardware

If you are just looking to clear larger tires, you can pick up a budget boost for a fairly low price!!
