Default Belt Size To Bypass AC On '00

Does anyone know the specific belt size needed to bypass the AC comp on a '00. Not the ideal solution but circumstances dictate a quick fix. NAPA #25060790 is for a '00 w/o AC however it's still way too long by about 300-400 mm. Thanks

There is no bypass belt, you have to have the bypass pully and bracket.

That's because it uses a idler pulley in place of the AC compressor.

This...

Ask your local autoparts store to try to order that. They may be able to get it overnight.

Why do you need to delete the AC? Clutch locked up?

If the A/C clutch seized up it may just need a new bearing, which may be cheaper than the bypass pully. The bearing is about 17 to 42 dollars, depends on where you go.

Yep, AC clutch bearing went bad. Very limited tools to work on it, had to buy a wrench just for the tensioner pulley. Plan on replacing the bearing, maybe, when I get back to my place. For what it's worth Napa 25060680 belt should be close to the correct length to bypass the AC comp. Thanks for the help guys!

Just for the info the bearing is a pressed fit so use a little heat on the pully and put the bearing in the freezer... put together quickly.
