Going to replace the valve cover gasket and want to get the throttle body cables out of the way. I see how the two bare wire cables disconnect by just sliding off the connection point. How does the one I have the arrow pointing to disconnect? Just pop it off with a screwdriver? Looks to me like it's a ball/socket type connection?

So you never disconnect the cable from the little plastic fastener? You just pop off the plastic thing with a screwdriver leverage, and the cable stays connected to the plastic fastener?

iflyfish,
You can stop looking for that third bolt now. Two bolts will be enough.
Not too easy to lay it out of the way is it?
