I've heard it chips off. I've got a couple spots where my hurculiner is peeling, but it's from lack of preparation. Maybe the monstaliner chips because guys don't prep well enough?

I don't know, the monstaliner thread on Pirate4x4 and Jeepforum both have good responses and they have all kinda of yj people who the exterior of theirs rigs with no issues. It's able to be rolled on or sprayed so Im thinking about doing the exterior of my MJ in it

What Berliner did you use and how did you prep it? I bought mine with the whole thing herculined and it kind of looks like crap. I am going to redo it so I'm looking for a bit of advice.

Wash it, scuff it, wash it again, mix, and roll. I used herculiner on my old jeep.

If you have any rusty spots, brush/sand it down and paint it with rust reformer.

This was a few months after I lined it

DO NOT ROLL ON PAINT FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! If you wanna talk about an ugly nightmare, roll on paint.

my jeep is already Herculined from the last person, he did a terrible job. I'm also now in Cali instead of New York and it doesn't hold up so well in the sun. I was thinking raptor or monstaliner.
