Default Bed liner exterior instead of paint?

I have a 94 Cherokee with the paint coming off in palces. At first I was thinking about getting a new paint job on it but then realized how easily I could scratch that and waste my money. Would herculining the jeep look good. The jeep is my daily driver but I like to take it off road too. I was thinking about black bedliner (herculiner or rhino) and then possibly painting the "Cherokee", "Jeep", and "4X4" lettering a fluorescent color, maybe lime green. Also, which color of bedliner would look good. I definately don't want anything that will not look good. Any pictures would be great.

The body shop I used to work in about 10 years ago, did SPEEDLINER sprayin bedlinner, and one of the coolest things is we could mix actual paint code matched paint.... the bedliner itself was clear till we dyed it.

I've seen someone painted his whole jeep with bed liner...
It simply looks good cause it gives a new look and aggressive body impression...
Like the one above...

The whole thing is herculined and the top is krylon painted over it, I had the bottom herculined for awhile and it never faded. If you decide to paint over the herculiner let it set up for a couple of days. Some of my green paint has little pin holes like the bedliner was still breathing.

I am going to do this as well, i know herculiner is good stuff but i also know it is a name brand. is there anywhere to buy this in bulk (3 gallons) or is there comparable other bed liners that are a little more cost efficient?

Not sure. The stuff on mine is a off brand of Rhinoline called eagle. Sprayed by a shop that does truck beds.

look in to raptor liner too. jus an off brand that lays jus as good. comes in 1 gallon kits with the spray nozzle. jus fill the rest of the supplied bottles with thinner, shake and spray.
