I think spray-lining is inexpensive and well worth it. It's a higher quality three part (polyhybrid with aggregate). Way better than monstaliner, durabak, herculiner, etc.). They have a lot of guys doing their jeep bodies cause it's less expensive than most, but works great.

The clear is a product very few can compete with. 100 mils of clear.... what!!

spray-lining
Is this a personal plug? I've never seen this before and it seems sketchy

How come no is talking about using Plasti Dip?
It comes in all kinds of colors and glosses...and it's removable if you change your mind.

Really. You're going to plastic dip you're truck? Have fun doing the roof. Let alone the doors.

Honestly that's the nicest reply I could think of.

Plasti dipping is just like spraying on paint. You use a spray gun with a larger nozzle and put about 4-6 coats on so it will be durable and easy to peel off again. They make kits with a few gallons of he dip to do a whole car.

Not the roof or hood genius, but plenty of people do it for side panels, bumpers, tailgates.

Look how this guy from NJ did his 2K XJ: https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f46/20...54572/index53/

No, it's not and it's not sketchy from my experience. They are not a large company, but they have a great product and really have a lot of experience in coatings from what their support guys sound like.

They have a few hundred dealers, so they are not wide spread, but they support smaller body shops and contractors that can't afford some of the expensive franchises

Oh I did not know of that, the only one I knew of was 'dipping' it

Looks like youre not the only one with this idea, I feel like it would just keep peeling off from trees and such and not counting anyone who rubs their finger on the edge. And for $60 a gal why not just get real bedliner that will hold up and you dont have to keep redoing it?

The reason I wanted to just do the rattle can bed liner, was so I could just touch it up when needed.

It's just as easy with the roll on. Just use a foam pad for touch ups. And you'll have less spots to touch up if you do it right.

I'm really interesting in bedlining some of my jeep after I get my bumpers put on. I'm really considering raptor liner, is there any better for a decent price?
