I have installed a pair of 6 inch KC daylighter (100W, 8.3A current draw per light) on my Renault Lodgy. I use these lights sparingly in extreme conditions only and not more than one hour per week in long night driving. Will it drain my car battery and damage the battery?

It is not likely that a single aftermarket set of lights will be enough to overwhelm your alternator. It should only drain the battery if you use them when the engine is off. You can check the manual for the lights and vehicle and see if they give any warnings, but I seriously doubt it.
If you are worried about it, you might want to get an alternator with a higher amp rating.

Piffle. That's less current than a cigarette lighter. As long as you are not running them with the engine off, those are well within the capabilities of your stock alternator.
